At Good Stitch, we take pride in the quality of our custom embroidery and promotional products. Because the majority of our products are custom-made and personalized to your specifications, our return policy differs from standard retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Due to the custom nature of our embroidery and promotional products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded — except in the case of a verified production defect or fulfillment error on our part.
